The hotel offers a modern and comfortable stay, despite some cleanliness issues with dirty marks on the walls. The service was a mix of unhelpful and rude encounters, but there were also extremely helpful and courteous staff members. The location is ideal for exploring Aberdeen, though some aspects of the dining experience were lacking. Overall, a stay with ups and downs but convenient for city exploration.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, but I had an issue with the heater. The service was exceptional, especially the night staff who were very accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but some noise from nearby nightclubs was bothersome. The dining options were basic but satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spot on, very clean, and I will definitely stay here again. The service was impeccable, with pleasant encounters throughout my time here. The location was central and easy to walk to everywhere within the city, making it ideal for exploring. The dining experience was good, but there were slight improvements needed in the temperature of some dishes. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the room was lovely and clean, but unfortunately, the bed was broken and consisted of two single beds pushed together to make a double.
